List of information that can be published or not published by the Department of Labor, Khulna

Self-motivated information
1. Information that is not a threat to the security, integrity and sovereignty of Bangladesh.
2. Any information obtained from a foreign government that is not confidential.
3. Information relating to commercial or business matters, copyright or intellectual property rights is not likely to be infringed upon by the disclosure of any third party intellectual property rights.4. Disclosure of such information will not benefit or harm any particular person or organization, but the following information is not disclosable, e.g.
(I) Any advance information regarding changes in income tax, duties, VAT and excise law, budget or tax rates.
(Ii) Any advance information regarding currency exchange and interest rate changes.
(E) Any advance information regarding the management and supervision of financial institutions including banks.5. Disclosure of such information will not hinder the application of customary law or increase crime.
. The disclosure of any information will not endanger the safety of the people or impede the fair proceedings of the pending cases.
. Disclosure of such information will not infringe upon the privacy of any person's personal life.
. Disclosure of such information will not endanger the life or physical safety of any person.9. Any information provided by an individual for the assistance of law enforcement agencies that will not impede the application of customary law or increase crime.
10. Information on any matter pending in court and the disclosure of which is not prohibited by the court or tribunal or the disclosure of which does not constitute contempt of court.
11. Such information during the investigation, the disclosure of which may not interfere with the investigation.12. Such information will not affect the investigation process of any crime and the arrest and punishment of the offender.
13. The law does not oblige to disclose such information only for a specified period of time.
14. It is not advisable to keep any technical or scientific research information secret for strategic or commercial reasons.15. Any information that does not affect the purchase or its activities before the completion of any procurement activity or before a decision is made on the matter.
16. Such information cannot be a cause of loss of special rights of the National Assembly.
16. Information that is not protected by any person's law.19. Information that has been published in a press briefing or in any appropriate media, including summaries to be presented at cabinet or advisory council meetings, as the case may be.
20 After a decision has been taken by the Cabinet or, as the case may be, by the Advisory Council, the reasons for such decision and the factors on the basis of which the decision has been taken may be disclosed.21. Trade union organizations such as-
Provided, however, that in the case of suspension of disclosure of information under this section, the concerned authority must obtain the prior approval of the Information Commission.
16. Advance information regarding the examination question paper or the number given in the examination is not disclosable, but the results of the examination are disclosable.

Information that is not self-published
1. Such information is a threat to the security, integrity and sovereignty of Bangladesh.
2. Any confidential information obtained from any foreign government.
3. Disclosure of information relating to commercial or commercial inherent privacy, copyright or intellectual property rights that may infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party as a result of the disclosure of any information.4. The disclosure of any information which may benefit or harm a particular person or organization as a result of such information, e.g.
(I) Any advance information regarding changes in income tax, duties, VAT and excise law, budget or tax rates.
(Ii) Any advance information regarding currency exchange and interest rate changes.
(E) Any advance information regarding the management and supervision of financial institutions including banks.
5. Disclosure of such information may impede the application of customary law or increase crime.. Disclosure of such information may endanger the safety of the people or impede the proper conduct of the case.
. Disclosure of such information may infringe upon the privacy of any person's personal life.
. Disclosure of such information may endanger a person's life or physical safety.
9. Any information confidentially provided by any person to assist law enforcement agencies.10. Any matter pending before the court and the disclosure of which is prohibited by the court or tribunal or the disclosure of which constitutes contempt of court.
11. Any such information during the investigation which may interfere with the investigation work.
12. Such information may affect the investigation process of a crime and the arrest and punishment of the offender.
13. The law requires that such information be disclosed only for a specified period of time.14. Any such technical or scientific research information should be kept secret for strategic and commercial reasons.
15. Any information regarding the purchase or its activities before the completion of any procurement activity or before making a decision on the matter.
16. Such information may cause loss of special rights of the National Assembly.

16. Advance information regarding the examination question paper or the number given in the examination.19. Information, including summaries to be presented at cabinet meetings or, as the case may be, advisory council meetings:
Provided that, after a decision has been taken by the Cabinet or, as the case may be, by the Advisory Council, the reasons for such decision and the grounds on which the decision is based may be disclosed.
Provided, however, that in the case of suspension of disclosure of information under this section, the concerned authority must obtain the prior approval of the Information Commission.
